摘　　要：大学毕业生就业难,已成为全社会共同关注的话题。就业问题已不再是高校本身的事情,而是成为全社会的事情。高校应为了积极响应国家号召,大力推动学生就业,为此,提出“先就业后择业”的说法,在人们对这一观点众说纷纭、褒贬不一的前提下分析这一就业观。The graduate employment is difficult,has become a topic of common concern to the whole society. The problem of employment is no longer the university s own thing,but has become the whole society thing. In order to respond positively to the national call for the vigorous promotion of student employment,so,the ＂first job after job choice＂ argument is put forward.
