摘 要:目的探讨实时组织弹性成像(RTE)与彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)对乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断的价值。方法应用RTE和CDFI对115例患者共152个乳腺肿瘤进行检查,所有患者均获手术病理证实。RTE和CDFI检查结果与病理结果进行比较。结果病理:良性76例(109个结节),恶性39例(43个结节);RTE诊断恶性病变敏感性为83.72%,特异性为96.33%,准确性为92.76%;CDFI诊断恶性病变敏感性为88.37%,特异性为92.66%,准确性为91.45%。CDFI联合RTE诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性为97.67%,特异性为96.33%,准确性为96.11%。结论RTE联合CDFI鉴别乳腺肿瘤良恶性的准确性高。Objective To investigate the value of real -time tissue elastography (RTE) in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors combined with color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Methods A total of 115 patients with 152 breast tumors were examined by RTE and CDFI. All the patients underwent surgery and the tumors were confirmed by surgical/pathological findings. The results of RTE and CDF1 were compared with the pathological findings. Results Pathological examination showed that 109 nodules in 76 patients were benign and 43 nodules in 39 patients were malignant. The sensitivity, specificity, an d accuracy of RET in diagnosing malignant breast lesions was 83.72%, 96.33% ,and 92.76%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of CDFI for diagnosing malignant breast tumors was 88.37%, 92.66% and 91.45%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CDFI combined with RTE in diagnosing malignant breast tumors was 97.67%, 96.33% and 96.11%, respectively. Conclusion These results indicate that RTE combined with CDFI has higher accuracy CDFI or RTE alone in differentiating malignant from benign breast tumors.
