摘　　要：介绍了国外对用户侧实行无功考核收费的方法,结合国内现行无功考核收费的方法,分析国内无功考核存在的问题,研究部分电网试行后的情况,提出目前较可行的解决方案。Based on the summarization of charging means of reactive power for demand side in foreign countries, this paper analyzes the problems existed in the domestic charging means of reactive power and studies the trial running situation of some power grid. Some feasible solutions to the current are presented.
