澳大利亚温室气体减排与能效目标计划

摘　　要：当前国际社会对能源利用问题特别引人关注,与此密切相关的节能减排也已逐渐成为全世界的焦点。澳大利亚在需求侧管理方面做了很多工作,详细介绍了该国的3个这方面的能源利用项目:新南威尔士州和澳大利亚直辖区温室气体减排计划、维多利亚能效目标计划、南澳大利亚住宅能效计划,分析了相关项目中存在的问题,希望对我国的需求侧管理项目实施起到一定指导作用。At present,international community has special concern on energy usage, energy-saving and emissions reduction is also closely related to it,which has become the focus all over the world. Australia has done a lot of work in demand side management. This article details 3 projects about this country’s energy usage： Greenhouse Gas Reduction Scheme （GGAS） in State of New South Wales （NSW） and Australian Capital Territory （ACT）,Victorian Energy Efficiency Target （VEET） scheme,Residential Energy Efficiency Scheme （REES） in South Australia. Then it analyzes the existent issues of the related schemes in the hope that it could play a guiding role for China＇s demand side management project in implementation.
