民营企业交换伦理的校正分析

摘　　要：交换是民营企业发展的重要环节,民营企业作为交换主体应该重视交换的伦理问题,强调和谐社会条件下民营企业应该树立交换中求正当的伦理观,以适应和谐社会的建设。针对民营企业在交换领域存在着交换主体、交换内容、交换比例、交换程序、交换手段不正当的伦理问题,提出民营企业进行交换伦理校正的策略。Exchange is one of the important factors in the development of the private enterprise. As the subject of exchange, the private enterprise should pay attention to exchange ethics and emphasize valid ethics in the process of exchange so as to adapt to the building of harmonious society. This article focuses on the unethical issues of exchange subject, exchange contents, exchange proportion, exchange procedure, and exchange methods, and proposes the correction strategies of exchange ethics for private enterprises.
