摘  要:目的了解合肥市中学生情感、躯体虐待现况及流行特征,为相关机构采取干预措施提供依据。方法在合肥市选取5所中学,以班级为单位整群抽取初一、初二、高一和高二共76个班级3798名学生为调查对象。调查内容包括中学生的人口统计学特征和情感、躯体虐待情况。结果有81.1%的学生报告发生情感虐待,55.1%的学生报告发生躯体虐待。情感虐待、轻度躯体虐待的报告率在不同性别间差异均无统计学意义;而中度躯体虐待和重度躯体虐待男生均高于女生,差异有统计学意义。情感虐待、躯体虐待的报告率在不同年龄、不同年级、是否独生子女、不同学习成绩及父母是否吵架或打架因素间差异均有统计学意义。结论中学生情感和躯体虐待较为普遍。应加强对虐待问题的重视,促进学生健康成长。Objective To study status and epidemiologic features of emotional and physical maltreatment among middle school students in Hefei,and in order to provide bases for intervention measures.Methods Five middle schools in Hefei were selected,76 classes were cluster sampled,3 798 students in grade one and two were surveyed about demographics,emotional and physical maltreatment.Results The prevalence rate of emotional and physical maltreatment was 81.1% and 55.1%.There wasn't significant difference between gender in prevalence rate of emotional and minor physical maltreatment.But boys' prevalence rate of moderate and severe physical maltreatment was higher than girls',the difference was significant.There were significant differences between different ages,different grades,only child or non-only child,learning results,quarrel of parents in prevalence rate of emotional and physical maltreatment.Conclusion Emotional and physical maltreatment are prevalent among middle school students.More attention should be paid to maltreatment in order to promote students' healthy development.
