摘　　要：目的研究眼眶爆裂骨折X线诊断。方法对50例经CT检查证实的眼眶爆裂骨折X线影像进行分析。结果直接及间接X线征像，其诊断阳性率为94％（47／50例）。结论眼眶爆裂骨折分四型：眶底型、内壁型、底壁和内壁型、复合型。Objective To study X-ray diagnosis of orbital blowout fracture.Methods X-ray imagings of 50 cases with orbital blowout fracture proved by CT were analysed. Results Radiologic imagings had direct and indirect sign, positive rate of X-ray diagnosis was 94% (47/50) Cas es). Conclusions Orbital blowout fracture indirided into four types: floor wall type, internal wall type,floor and internal wall type, compound type.
