吲哚拉新根管充填治疗猴牙根尖周炎的实验研究

摘　　要：采用４只成年恒河猴，将７５颗健康牙随机分成３组开放根管６个月后经Ｘ光片检查形成根尖周炎，而后经根管预备、封药消毒后行根充，其中Ａ组用氧化锌丁香油糊剂＋吲哚拉新根充；Ｂ组用氧化锌丁香油糊剂根充；Ｃ组空白对照．结果：根充１个半月Ａ，Ｂ两组Ｘ光片根尖周暗影仍明显可见；组织学示Ａ组根尖周炎症基本得以控制，Ｂ组炎症仍明显．３个半月Ｘ光片示Ａ，Ｂ两组尖周暗影明显缩小，无显著性差异，（Ｐ＞００５）；Ａ组根尖周难见到炎性细胞，根尖病变区胶原纤维新生明显，根尖及牙槽骨表面见较多新骨沉积，Ｂ组根尖周仍可见炎细胞浸润，组织新生明显较Ａ组少（Ｐ＜００１）．结果表明：吲哚拉新根管充填能明显抑制根尖周炎症。In order to explore the effect of Indolacin treatment on periapical lesions,4 monkeys were used in this experiment,and their total 75 normal teeth were divided into three groups randomly.Root canals of these teeth were opened for 6 months,and artificial periapical lesions were seen on X-ray film.Then,after root canals preparation and FC seal,root canals were filled with different materials.Group A was filled with Zinc Oxide Eugenol and indolacin,Group B was filled with ZOE and group C was control.X-ray film after 1 5 months' treatment showed that the shadow around root canal of group A and B was as the same as before.However,that was found the periapical inflammation in group A had been controlled,but no change in group B through histological observation.X-ray film after 3 5 months showed that the periapical shadow in two experimental groups was much smaller,but there was no significant difference between them ( P>0 05 ).Periapical inflammatory cells were seldom seen in group A compared with group B ( P<0 01 ).The findings suggested that indolacin root canal filling could restrain periapical inflammation obviously and made lesion cured early.
