中外高等学校自主创业人才培养模式比较研究

摘　　要：随着知识经济的发展,创业人才的培养日趋重要,而创业人才的培养离不开创业教育的研究和发展。国外关于创业教育的研究和发展始于20世纪80年代,发展到今天已经具备完善的培养模式,国内的相关研究起步较晚,创业人才的培养模式与国外的相比还存在一定的差距。本文在探讨中外高校自主创业人才培养模式现状的基础上对二者加以比较,借以发现问题,找出差距,并对中国高校自主创业人才的培养提出建议。With the development of knowledge economy, cultivating entrepreneurial talents, which are connected with the research and development of entrepreneurship education, are becoming more and more important. Studies and research abroad on entrepreneurship education started from in the 1980＇ s and had a sound training model today, but our country in the same domain are lagging behind.
