摘  要:三点式振荡器是模拟电子技术中信号发生电路的重要内容。它分电容三点式和电感三点式两种。本文给出了一种判别三点式振荡电路是否满足相位条件的简便方法,这种方法只适合于晶体管或者场效应管组成的单级振荡电路,是通过观察晶体管的三个电极之间所接电抗器件性质来进行判断。如果发射极与其他两个电极之间接电抗性质相同的器件,基极与其他两个电极之间接电抗性质相反的器件,则振荡电路的相位条件是满足的,此时只要直流通路正常,幅度条件满足电路就可以振荡。Three-point oscillation is important in analog circuits. It includes colpitts feedback and hartley feedback. In this paper we give a simple method for judging if the three-point oscillation circuit meets with the phase condition, which is only suitable for one-level oscillation circuit composed of transistors or field effect transistors. This judging method is based on observing the properties of the reactance devices connected between the three electrodes of the transistor. If the properties of the reactance devices connected between the emitter and other two electrodes being the same, and those of the reactance devices connected between the base electrode and other two electrodes being the opposite, the phase condition of the oscillation circuit is satisfied. In this case, as long as the direct current circuit is normal, i.e. amplitude condition is satisfied, the circuit can oscillate.
