摘　　要：本文报告５例穿通性角膜移植术后继发视网膜脱离。脱离多发生在后极部，呈扁平状。角膜移植排斥反应，眼压突然下降，大量应用皮质类固醇激素是导致视网膜脱离的主要原因。对其治疗和预防进行了讨论。cases postoperative secondary retinal detachment of penetrating keratoplasty were report.The most retinal detachment line in posterior part and is flat.It is important factor in the secondary retinal detachment that keratoplasty rejection,introcular pressure suddenly fall and maddive application corticosteroid hormone.The methods of treatment and preventine are discussed.
