摘　　要：目的：证实一种新型食管支架具有治疗食管狭窄并有抗胃食管反流（ＧＥＲ）的作用。方法：１０例有梗阻症状的食管、贲门恶性肿瘤患者，安装防反流型支架后，分别观察症状及体征，监测２４ｈ食管ｐＨ值，并进行食管内镜检查及胃肠Ｘ线检查，以观察食管狭窄部通畅情况及有无ＧＥＲ现象。结果：置入支架后，食管、胃、贲门通畅，无１例患者发生ＧＥＲ。Objective: To study the effect of a new type of esophageal metal stents on the treatment of esophageal stricture and the prevention of gastroesophageal reflux. Methods: Ten patients suffering from esophageal or cardiac cancer with obstructive symptoms were investigated. After the implantation of esophageal stent, esophageal 24 h pH mornitoring, endoscopy and gastrointestinal barium examination were carried out and the changes of the obstructive symptoms in all patients were investigated to evaluate the patency of the stricture and the effect of prevention of gastroesophageal reflux. Results: After the treatment all of the strictures were dilated and there were no patients with gastroesophageal reflux. Conclusion: This new type of esophageal stents has an effect on the prevention of gastroesophageal reflux.
