摘  要:建立我国劳动关系层面企业社会责任动力机制固然重要,但找寻该动力机制实现的途径更为重要。要使我国劳动关系层面企业社会责任的动力机制得以实现,至少应开展以下工作:明确政府作为相关法律法规的制定者和监督者以及企业履行劳动关系层面社会责任的引导者和推动者的角色和定位;借助诸如行业协会、消费者协会等非政府组织的力量;利用电视、报刊等大众传媒的影响,形成良好的履行劳动关系层面企业社会责任的舆论环境;将履行劳动关系层面企业社会责任纳入企业的发展战略;加强员工的维权意识,发挥工会的维权作用。Although it is important to form a motivation mechanism of CSR (corporate social responsibility) for the employer-employee relationship in China, what's more important is to seek for the ways to realize it. The ways should include the following aspects at least. What role the government has to play in formulating relevant laws/regulations and supervising their execution should be clarified, as well as the role in guiding and fostering CRS to improve the employer-employee relationship. By virtue of the practice of non-government organizations, such as guilds and association of customers, and the influence of public media including TV, magazine and newspapers, an influential public opinion should be formed to supervise corporations to fulfill their CSRs for the employer-employee relationship. Such a CSR should be integrated into corporate development strategy. Furthermore, the employees and their labor union should be more conscious of protecting their rights.
