内镜下三联疗法治疗Dieulafoy病大出血疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价内镜下组织粘合剂、肾上腺素盐水局部注射、钛夹三联疗法治疗Dieulafoy病大出血的临床价值。方法本组9例患者同时接受喷注组织粘合剂、局部注射肾上腺素盐水和钛夹止血治疗。结果全部患者均成功止血,且无并发症发生。结论组织粘合剂、肾上腺素局部注射、钛夹三联疗法能有效地治疗Dieulafoy病大出血,并具有经济、安全等优点。Objective Evaluate the clinical valUe of endoscopic triad therapy, synchronously tissue adhesive and epinephrine saline injection with hemoclip cure which treat of Dieulafoy＇ s disease hematorrhea. Methods In order to stop bleeding, 9 patients in this group were used triad therapy, synchronously tissue adhesive spout ,local injection of epinephrine and hemoclip cure. Results After endoscopic treatment, all 9 patients had got successful hemostasis without complication. Conclusion We have reached a conclusion that triad therapy, synchronously tissue adhesive spout ,local injection of epinephrine and hemoclip cure is effective in the treatment of Dieulafoy disease hematorrhea, and is economical,safe and so on.
