依达拉奉治疗脑出血患者的疗效及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨依达拉奉治疗脑出血患者的疗效,并给予相应护理干预。方法将脑出血的73例患者随机分为治疗组37例、对照组36例。对照组按病情分别给予脱水、利尿、降压、止血、降糖、抗感染、营养脑神经、维持水电解质平衡等对症支持治疗和常规护理,治疗组在此基础上加用依达拉奉注射液静滴,并增加早期康复锻炼和心理护理,治疗28d后观察两组疗效。结果治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉治疗脑出血患者,配合科学的护理干预可达到理想的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficiency and corresponding nursing care of Edaravone in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage （ICH）. Methods Seventy-three patients were randomized equivalently divided into treatment group（37 cases） and control group（ 36 cases）. Beside given routine treatment in all patients,the patients in treatment group were given Edaravone 30 mg ＋ 0. 9% NS 100 ml iv drip, bid, for 28 d, as well as add to early rehabilitation exercise and mental nursing. Results After one course of treatment, there were significant difference in the curative rate （P 〈 0. 05 ） between treatment group and control group. Conclusion Edaravone matching scientific nursing intervention, is an effective and safety medicine in treatment ICH.
