摘　　要：教学管理工作是学校开展教学工作的重要保障,建立教学管理工作评价体系的目的就是对教学管理质量进行全面评估,建立长效的内控机制,从而促进教学质量的不断提高,推动学校整体发展。Teaching administration is the most important guarantee of college teaching. Creation of a system of teaching administration evaluation can not only help make a comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality and create a long-term control mechanism but also improve teaching quality and promote the overall development of colleges.
