腱膜性上睑下垂手术的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨腱膜性上睑下垂的手术方法并总结手术的体会。方法对32例(50眼)腱膜性上睑下垂进行上睑提肌折叠术和上睑成形术,术后随访1-5年,平均3年。结果32例(50眼)中有30例(48眼)占98%眼术后效果较满意,2例欠矫,占4%。结论上睑提肌折叠和上睑成形术是矫治腱膜性上睑下垂的有效方法,但须重视根据术前检查和术中观察掌握手术量。Objective To explore a surgical technique and evaluate its effectiveness for aponeurotic ptosis. Methods Tackking operation and upper lid blepharoplasty were performed on 50 eyes in 32 cases with aponeurotic ptosis, and after surgical followed up for 1-5year,average on three years. Results the results were satisfied in 48 eyes of 30 cases（98% ） . Under correction occurred in 2 eyes（4% ）. Conclusions The levator aponeurotie is tacking operation and upper lid blepharoplasty are effectives for correcting aponeurosis ptosis. However, it is very important to inspect and exam before the operation; and observe and control the working scopes during the operation.
