采煤机外牵引壳体的有限元分析

摘　　要：为充分了解采煤机外牵引壳体的结构特性和可靠性,对壳体的受力进行了分析计算。利用UG三维软件的有限元分析技术对壳体的结构进行了分析,找到了最大应力值,充分反映了壳体的受力特点,并对结构进行了优化设计。Adopts the structure characteristic and credibihty that the coal machine leads the hull body for the independent haulage, is carried on a calculation by dint to the hull body.The design structure that makes use of an analytical technique of UG finited element method to the hull body carried on analysis, find out biggest should the dint value, reflect the hull body to be subjected to the dint characteristics well, and carry on the structure excellent turn a design.
