超声乳化与白内障囊外摘出术后散光与视力的对比

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障不同手术切口对术后视力和散光的影响。方法对白内障囊外摘出（ECCE）常规角膜缘10mm切口29例35眼和超声乳化（Phaco）反眉弓隧道式6mm切口37例44眼，于术后7d、1mo、3mo3个不同时期观察比较视力和角膜散光。结果Phaco术后角膜散光明显减轻且视力较ECCE明显提高（P＜0．05）。同时，随着时间的推移，手术切口修复，2种术式的差异呈逐渐减小趋势，3mo时二者的视力无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论超声乳化反眉弓隧道式6mm切口术式能早期有效提高视力及控制角膜散光。Objective To investigate the influence of different in cision styles of cataract extraction on the vision and astigmatism during postoperation. Methods The 29 cases (35 eyes ) dealed with extra capsular cataract extraction (ECCE ) of the routine incision style of 10mm width in the limbus were compared with 35 cases (44 eyes) with phacoemulsification of the antsuper ciliary arch tunnel incision style of 6mm width on the post operative vision and comeal astigmatism on 7th day, lst month and 3st month, respectoively.Results The postoperative vision of phacoemulsification was abviously improved than that of the ECCE with routine limbus incision style, and the astigmatism of the former were evidently decreased(P<0. 05 ). With time going on. the difference between them were gradually reduced due to restoration, and showed no significant difference in their vision 3 months later(P>0. 05).Conclusion The phacoemulsification operation with tunnel incision style of 6mm width can effectly improved the vision and cut down the degree of corneal astigmatism in the early stage of postoperation.
