小切口非超声乳化治疗抗青光眼术后白内障临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价经透明角膜小切口非超声乳化及硬质人工晶体植入对青光眼术后白内障的治疗效果。方法采用表麻及Tenon’scapsule麻醉,透明角膜缘隧道切口,对26例青光眼术后白内障施行小切口非超声乳化及人工晶体植入术,术后观察视力、眼压、滤泡等情况。结果随访3～6个月,全部患者视力较术前提高,眼压与术前基本一致,滤泡形态无改变。结论经透明角膜缘小切口非超声乳化及人工晶体植入术是治疗青光眼术后白内障的有效方法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of non-phacoemulsification and lens through a clear corneal micro incision.Methods 26 patients（31 eyes） with cataract after glaucoma surgery were performed non-phacoemulsification and lens implantation through a clear corneal tunnel micro incision.The postoperative visual acuity intraocular pressure（IOP）,filtering bleb were observed.Results The patients were followed up 3-6 months,the visual acuity of all the eyes were improved after surgery.There were no change in IOP and filtering bleb.Conclusion The non-phacoemulsification and lens implantation through a clear corneal tunnel micro incision was convenient and effective for catareat after glaucoma surgery.
