摘　　要：目的探讨心理行为干预对青年脑卒中患者心理状态的影响。方法对符合第二次全国脑血管病会议制定诊断标准的100例患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=50)给予常规治疗、护理;观察组(n=50)在常规治疗、护理的基础上给予心理行为干预;于入院和出院时采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组患者进行心理状态评定,并与我国常模做对照。结果干预前青年脑卒中患者SAS、SDS评分均较高于国内常模(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;干预治疗后观察组与对照组SAS、SDS评分比较显著降低(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论心理行为干预有助于改善青年脑卒中患者的心理状态,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of the psychological behavior intervention on the mental status and the quality of life of young adult patients with cerebral stroke.Methods 100 young adult patients with cerebral stroke diagnosed by secondary national cerebrovascular disease diagnostic standard were randomly divided into two groups：the study group（n=50） and the control group（n=50）.The two groups had the same clinical routine treatments,and psychological behavior intervention was added to the study group.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,self-rating depressive scale（SDS） were used to analyze the mental status before and after the treatment respectively,and compared with the norm.Results The scores of SAS and SDS were significantly higher than norm（P0.01）,and these scores of the study group after the treatment notably dropped compared to the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Psychological behavior intervention plays an important role in the treatment of young adult patient with cerebral stroke,and can improve their mental status and quality of life.
