摘　　要：以严复的"信、达、雅"翻译标准为指导原则,对孙礼中和胡南平翻译英国作家康拉德的《黑暗的心脏》的两个译本进行比较、分析,旨在洞察不同的译者对原著中几个细节的不同解读,考察比较不同译者的翻译得失,以期对名著翻译获得一点启示。Based on the translating criteria of ＂faithfulness, expressiveness and elegance＂, This paper aims at comparing and analyzing two Chinese versions of ＂Heart of Darkness＂ by Sun Li-zhong and Hu Nan-ping. By anatomizing different translating styles of several details of the novel, the author tries to find out Merits and Demerits of the two versions so as to get some enlightenment on the retranslating phenomenon of famous works.
