胃癌组织中Survivin和CD44v6的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨凋亡抑制基因Survivin和转移相关粘附分子拼接变异体CD44v6在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP方法检测了52例手术切除胃癌组织及15例正常胃粘膜组织中Survivin和CD44v6的表达水平。结果Survivin蛋白在胃癌组织中阳性率为73.1%,正常胃粘膜组织呈阴性表达;CD44v6蛋白在胃癌组织中阳性率为61.5%,正常胃粘膜组织无阳性表达;Survivin蛋白阳性率与胃癌组织的分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期和患者生存期均有显著性差异(P<0.05),而与浸润程度不相关;CD44v6表达与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期和患者生存期在统计学上均差异显著(P<0.05),而与胃癌的组织学类型无关(P>0.05);Survivin与CD44v6蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达呈正相关。结论Survivin和CD44v6的表达与胃癌的发生、发展和预后等密切相关,可作为判断胃癌预后的参考指标。Objective To study the expression of Survivin and human metastasis molecule adhesion CD44 splice variant6 in gastric carcinoma and their relation to the clinicopathological features.Methods The expression of Survivin and CD44v6 was detected with immunohistochemical SP method in 52 cases gastric cancer and 15 normal gastric mucous tissue sample.Results The positive expression rates of Survivin were 73.1%,and wasn t found in normal gastric mucous tissues;The positive expression rates of CD44v6 were 61.5%, wasn＇t found in normal gastric mucous tissues; Survivin protein expression were significantly correlated with survival period, lymphnode metastasis and clinical pathological stage （P〈0.05）, but were not related to histological type （P 〉 0.05）. Survivin and CD44v6 protein expression was significantly correlated with, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and clinical pathological stage （P 〈 0. 05）, but was not related to histological type （P 〉 0. 05）. There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of Survivin and CD44v8 in gastric carcinoma （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The expression of p18,C-erbB-2 protein is correlated with gastric cancer and can be used to evaluate the biological behavior and prognosis of gastric cancer.
