摘　　要：介绍了深圳地铁1号线(续建)铝合金车体的主要结构和主要技术参数,并对车体结构进行有限元分析和静强度试验。计算和试验结果均表明,轻量化设计后的车体结构强度和刚度满足相关标准和技术规格书的要求。This paper discusses the car body＇s structure and main technology parameters of car body for Shenzhen metro line 1 extension project vehicles. By the finite element moda4 （FEM） and strength test, the results show that the strength and rigidity of the new designed car body is consistent with the requirement of relevant standards and technology specification.
