中医药防治原发性肝癌TACE术后副反应的临床研究进展

摘　　要：归纳总结近年来中医药防治原发性肝癌TACE术后副反应的临床研究进展情况。主要表现在提高患者免疫力、改善肝功能损害和防治栓塞综合征等方面,并提出今后应综合运用中药口服、静脉滴注、外敷、雾化吸入、熏蒸、栓塞以及针灸和食疗等多种手段联合TACE术对原发性肝癌患者进行治疗,从而使患者获得最大的临床收益。The authors summarized the clinical research progress in treating side effects of TACE for primary liver cancer with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, concerning the respects of enhancing the immunity of patients, relieving the damage of liver function, preventing embolism syndrome and so on. On this basis, the authors advanced that various treatment measures, such as oral medicine, intravenous drip, external application, atomization inhalation, fumigation, embolization, acupuncture, dietotherapy etc, should be applied in clinic, so that patients will receive the greatest clinical benefits.
