摘　　要：目的研究FHIT和Survivin基因在食管癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理指标的关系,并探讨其在食管癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用逆转录多聚酶链反应技术检测FHIT和Survivin基因在癌组织及相应癌旁组织和正常食管组织中的表达情况并分析它们与食管癌临床病理指标的关系。结果癌组织、癌旁组织及正常对照组中FHIT缺失率分别为82.0%、22.0%、16.7%;Survivin阳性率分别为72.0%、2.0%和0%。随着临床分期越晚,FHIT缺失率、Sur-vivin阳性率呈增高趋势;并且在高分化、中分化和低分化鳞癌中FHIT缺失率、Survivin阳性率也呈逐渐增高趋势。在有淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移的癌组织中FHIT缺失率、Survivin阳性率的差别有显著意义。结论Survivin和FHIT在食管癌中的表达与食管癌的发生、发展有关,两种基因的表达呈负相关。FHIT和Survivin的表达与食管癌患者的年龄,性别无相关性。Objective To study the expression of FHIT and Survivin gene in carcinoma of the esophagus and assay for clinical pathological significance. Methods The expression of FHIT and Survivin gene were detected in normal tissues of the esophagus, esophageal carcinoma tissues and tumor - adjacent normal tissues by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and their relationship with the clinicopathological parameters of carcinoma of the esophagus were disclosed. Results In esophageal carcinoma tissues and tumoradjacent normal tissues and in normal tissues of the esophagus, the rate of FHIT deletion is 82% ,22%, 16.7% respectively;and the overall positive rate of Survivin 72 %, 2 %, 0% respectively. The positive rates of FHIT and Survivin gene are higher in later clinical stages of esophageal carcinoma. The positive rates of FHIT and Survivin gene in highly differentiated, neutral differentiated and lowly differentiated esophageal carcinoma show a trend of increase. There was significant difference between the two groups ： the positive rates of FHIT and Survivin gene in carcinoma of the esophagus with and without local lympth node metastasis. Conclusion It interpreters that the abnormal expression of the two genes affects the occurrence of esophageal carcinoma and the expression of the two genes is a negative association. The positive rates of FHIT and Survivin gene expression have no relation to gender and age.
