253例恶性肿瘤患者外周血T细胞亚群的检测及其临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的检测分析恶性肿瘤患者的细胞免疫功能状况,并探讨其临床意义。方法流式细胞技术比较分析253例恶性肿瘤患者及28例健康正常人的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。结果与正常人比较,恶性肿瘤患者外周血CD3+,CD3+CD4+细胞百分率降低,CD3+CD8+细胞百分率升高,CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+比值降低,统计学差异均显著(P<0.05),性别、年龄阶段不影响T细胞亚群水平的表达,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能紊乱,监测其T细胞亚群水平对评估患者的细胞免疫功能及疾病的诊断和预后判断具有积极的临床意义。Objective To detect the level of T lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood and evaluateits clinical significance in patients with carcinoma. Methods The total T lymphocytes （CD3^＋ cells） and T lymphocyte subsets were detected by Flow Cytometry in the peripheral blood of carcinoma patients（ n = 253 ） and the healthy persons （ n = 28 ） as control, and the ratio of CD3^＋ CD4^＋ / CD3^＋ CD8^＋ wasealculated. Results Compared with the healthy persons, the patients with carcinoma showed a significant decrease in the percentage of CD3^＋ cells, CD4^＋ cells and the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ , The age and gender had no influence on the level of Tlymphoeyte subsets. Conclusion These changes indicate that there is decreased cellular immunity in patients with carcinoma and might provide important information ＇for the diagnosis of variouskinds of carcinomas in clinic.
