摘　　要：目的研究人工鼻泪管支架植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效,评价其临床应用价值。方法对36例慢性泪囊炎的患者行逆行扩张鼻泪道后国产人工鼻泪管支架植入术。结果36例36只眼均成功植入鼻泪管支架,术后随访1～6个月,有效率为100%。并发症包括出血、冲洗时眼睑水肿、支架阻塞。结论人工鼻泪管支架植入术是目前治疗慢性泪囊炎最为安全、简便、有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of artificial nasolacrimal stent for chronic dacryecystitis. Methods Thirty-six cases（36 eyes）of chronic dacryocystitis were implanted with nasolacrimal stent after retrograde dilating nasolacrimal duct. Results Nasolacrimal stent were successfully performed in 36 cases （36 eyes）. Post operation follow-up period was 1 - 6 months. The effective rate of operation was 100%. The complications were hemorrhage, 1 id swollen during irrigation of the lacrimal passage,obstruction of stent. Conclusion Placement of nasolacrimal stent is a safe,effective method to treat chronic dacryocystitis.
