摘 要:护理文化决定护理团队的核心竞争力和团队间的差异,护理文化建设的理论和实践亟待探讨。笔者结合临床实践提出了护理文化建设集中体现在3个方面:一是从构建护理团队的护理价值观入手,确立护理团队的愿景及发展方向,建立一套行之有效的护理人员行为、语言及服务规范,塑造护理人员的形象;二是探讨适应疗养院发展需要的护理管理模式,建立一支有务实创新精神的中层护理管理队伍;三是在护理实践中强调团队意识,倡导团队精神,不断强化护理人员的"五种意识",用"五个标准"打造一支高绩效的护理团队作为护理文化建设的落脚点。Nursing culture determines the core competitiveness of nursing team and difference among nursing groups. It is demanded to study theory and practice of nursing culture construction. Combining with clinical practice,the author suggests that nursing culture construction focus on three aspects:First,starting with constructing the nursing value of nursing group,identify desire and developing direction of the group and construct a set of effective specification for nursing personnel s behavior,language and servie in order to mold their image. Second, study nursing management mode adapted to the requirement of development of sanatori-um and set up a middle level nursing management group with pragmatic and initiative spirit. Third, emphasize sense of community and advocate team spirit in nursing practice, reinforce the "five consciousness" of nursing personnel. Building a high-performance nursing team by the "five standard" is a base of nursing culture construction.
