摘　　要：目的检测鼻咽癌组织中Survivin的表达及肿瘤细胞凋亡情况。方法应用原位杂交和原位末端标记技术对64例鼻咽癌和30例慢性鼻咽炎鼻咽部组织中Survivin的表达和细胞凋亡进行检测,并分析两者之间的关系。结果鼻咽癌Survivin的阳性表达率为65.6%,慢性鼻咽炎鼻咽部组织阳性表达率为33.3%,差异有极度统计学意义(P<0.01);在Survivin阳性表达和阴性表达的组织中,细胞凋亡指数分别是(0.63±0.36)和(1.58±0.44),Survivin阳性表达者明显低于Survivin阴性表达者;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。慢性鼻咽炎鼻咽部组织中细胞凋亡指数为1.32±0.36,与NPC Survivin阳性表达者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鼻咽癌的发生发展过程中Survivin表达引起的凋亡抑制可能有一定的作用。Objective To detect the expression of survivin mRNA in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） and the apoptosis of tumor cells. Methods In situ hybridization was used to study the expression of survivin mRNA and in situ apoptotic cell detection method （TUNEL） was also adopted to detect the apoptic cells in 64 cases of NPC tissue and 30 cases of chronic nasopharyngitis. Results Of the 64 nasopharyngeal carcinomas and 30 chronic nasopharyngitis,65.6% and 33.3% expressed survivin mRNA, respectively, showing significant difference in positive rate of survivin expression between the two groups （P〈0.01=）. Cell apoptotic index （AI）was 0.63±0.36 and 1.58±0.44 in positive Survivin expression and negative Survivin expression tissue. Positive survivin expression which was lower than that negative survivin expression tissue （P〈0.05）. AI was 1.32±0.36 in chronic nasopharyngitis tissue, which was lower than that positive survivin expression in NPC and there existed significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Apoptosis inhibition induced by survivin expression might be involved in the onset of NPC.
