法学实践性教学的出路

摘　　要：法学实践教育要面向社会,以社会需求为导向,这样才能培养出符合社会发展需要的法律人才。我国法学实践教育面临着很多困境,主要是实践流于形式,对社会需求认识不足等,而社会需求的理论对指导法学实践教学很有意义,适应社会需求才是法学实践教学的出路。To train legal talented persons who can satisfy the demand of social development, practical legal education should be directed by social requirements. In our country, the main difficulties of practical legal education are formalism and insufficient understanding to practice. However, it is significant that practical legal education is directed by theories of social requirements because satisfying social requirements is the way out of practical legal education.
