摘 要:利用喷气式单板干燥实验装置,采用生产中常用的干燥条件对美洲黑杨Ⅰ69,欧美杨Ⅰ72,青杨组的青杨、小叶杨及甘肃杨,白杨组的新疆杨和河北杨等7种杨木,旋切厚度为101mm和202mm的单板进行了干燥试验,测试了单板的干燥时间和干缩率;利用辊筒式单板干燥机按相似条件对上述7种杨木单板进行干燥,观察并测试其干燥变形。结果表明:7种杨木单板的整个干燥过程为减速干燥,干燥速度曲线为近似抛物线;杨木单板初含水率分布不均,约为80%~240%,干燥时间长短不一;单板含水率在60%至10%之间,7种杨木单板干燥时间的差异不大;7种杨木单板干燥翘曲变形严重,其中新疆杨和青杨单板干燥翘曲变形程度小于其它5种杨木。Experimental drying tests were conducted for poplar rotary veneer with thickness of 1 01 mm and 2 02 mm by jet dryer under ordinary conditions.Afterwords relevant drying time and veneer shrinkage were determined.Poplar varieties tested were Populus deltoides,P.×euramericana,P.cathayana,P.simonii,P.gansuensis,P.bolleana and P.hopeinsis. The veneers were also dried by roller dryer under conditions similar with the jet dryer to determine veneer deformation after drying.Testing results showed that drying speed of the veneers was decelerative and the drying curves were similar to parabolic.Initial moisture content of the veneers was between 80% and 240%,not distributing uniformly within the veneer sheets,especially in the case of wet heart wood existing,resulting great difference in veneer drying time.On the other hand,no remarkable variation among these 7 poplars varieties tested was found in conditions of veneer moisture content ranging from 60% to 10%.It was also observed that twist defect heavily existed in all testing veneers from the 7 poplars varieties after drying.But veneer deformation of P. bolleana and P.cathayana was comparatively smaller than that of the rest 5 poplars varieties tested.
