摘　　要：从民族文化和民族精神、启发式教学模式、共性和关键问题、技法原理等四方面从总体上论证了高校武术选项课的教法,着眼于每一堂课的教学,详细论证了整个学年的教学过程。Firstly, we introduce the teaching method of Wushu＇s class in ordinary universities from four aspects, such as national culture and spirit, heuristic education, common and key problems, technical principle, etc. Then, standing on every class, we demonstrate the teaching process of a whole academic year.
