高校体育教师教学风格特征及影响因素

摘　　要：采用教师教学风格量表(TSTI)和教师教学风格影响因素调查量表,测查我国部分高校153名体育教师的教学风格及其影响因素。结果表明:教师的教学风格以立法型、激进型和保守型三种教学风格为主;男女教师的教学风格呈多元化类型;年轻教师的教学风格更倾向于激进型,老教师更加倾向于保守型;文化因素和心理因素是影响教师教学风格的主要因素,据此提出了加强教师文化基础因素和主观能动因素的教育来改进教学风格的应对策略。Teaching Style Inventory （TSTI） and the teachers teaching style factors affect the scale. We have tested some chienes colleges and universities 153 physical education teachers teaching style and its influencing factors. The results show that：Teachers, teaching style type of legislation, the radical and conservative are the three main teaching styles. Male and female teachers are diverse types of teaching style. Styles of young teachers are more inclined to radical type, and the elderly tend to be more conservative teachers. Cultural factors and psychological factors that affect teachers are the main factors style which made the basis for teachers and cultural factors and subjective factors in the dynamic of education to improve the teaching style of coping strategies.
