摘 要:提出一种并列结构混合励磁同步电机,详细论述其结构特点、磁场分布特性和电压调节原理。考虑电机的非对称结构,建立电机三维有限元静磁场和瞬态场分析模型。通过静磁场有限元计算得到不同励磁磁势下电励磁同步电机内磁通分布和气隙磁密变化规律,利用瞬态场分析获得电机输出外特性。设计了2kW原理样机,实验数据和三维有限元计算结果与理论分析一致,验证了所提出电机的合理结构与正确原理,表明直流励磁电流可以双向调节电机内合成气隙磁通,从而有效调节绕组感应电势,解决高效永磁电机制成后电压难以调整的问题,并且具有永磁电机电压调整率低的优点,特别适用于航空应急电源系统。A novel coordinate structure hybrid excitation synchronous machine (HESM) was proposed and implemented. The architecture and operation principle of the HESM were presented. To predict the electromagnetic performance more accurately, 3D-finite element analysis (3D-FEA) magnetic and transient models of the HESM were built, and finite-element analysis was performed to achieve the magnetic field distribution, air gap flux density and output characteristics which varied with the electrical MMFs. 2 kW prototype of coordinate structure HESM was developed, and the experimental data agree well with the 3D-FEA results, Simulation and experimentation confirm the reasonable structure and correct principle of the proposed HESM. The air-gap flux can be strengthened or weakened with DC field current so that the induced voltage can be effectively regulated, and the coordinate structure HESM has the performance of low voltage regulation ratio. The proposed HESM can be used as a new type of generator for emergency aero-power system.
