摘 要:为了进一步拓展战略管理理论,通过广泛吸收战略管理领域各阶段各学派的研究成果的合理内核并进行深层次整合,运用系统论的思维方法,提出了企业战略价值论,构建了面向核心竞争力的企业战略系统的运行框架,分析了其演化机理,描述了面向核心竞争力的企业战略价值创造模式并初步探讨了企业资源的柔性配置、动态整合与企业核心竞争力之间的内在联系,以期为企业经营管理者在复杂的环境下有效地进行战略性思考和行动提供一个参考性的简明而清晰的思路。In order to further expand theories of strategy management,through widely abstraction and fully integration of rational cores of mass achievements of every phase and many academic groups in strategy management research, thoughts and methods of systems theories are employed, new notions about the strategic value of corporations are put forward.Then,the operational framework of core competence-oriented corporate strategy system is presented and the revolutionary mechanism of it is analyzed.Further,the core competence-oriented model of corporate strategic value creation is described and the internal link between the and its core competence is preliminarily explored with managers to take strategic thinking flexible allocation,dynamic integration of corporate resources an aim to provide a concise and distinct train of thought for and act effectively under complex circumstances for reference.
