摘　　要：目前,社会主义市场经济的深入发展使师资管理体制面临新考验,信息化技术的发展和普及也给传统师资管理带来新的问题,同时,高校迅猛发展又向高校师资管理工作提出了更高的要求。为此,师资管理工作必须寻找和构建新的"平台"。要转变管理理念,树立以人为本的管理思想;发挥教师主体能动性,变被动管理为自我管理;依法治校,建立一套科学、规范、完善的师资工作制度。At present, the deep development of socialistic market economy make faculty management system face new test, the development and popularization of information technology bring the new problems for traditional faculty management, at the same time the rapid development of institutions of higher education puts forward the higher demands for faculty management. Therefore, faculty management must find and construct new platform, should change management idea, build up management idea of people oriented;bring teachers＇ initiative into play, change passive management into self - management; run university＇ s affairs according to law, construct a set of scientific, standard and perfect faculty work system.
