摘  要:目的观察桑牛强生胶囊对60Coγ射线4.0 Gy照射小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法小鼠离体抗体形成细胞(溶血分光光度法)和脾淋巴增殖细胞转化功能检测4.0 Gy照射小鼠和细胞免疫功能。结果桑牛强生胶囊1.6、0.4g/kg剂量组可明显提高4.0 Gy照射小鼠血清抗体水平(P<0.01、P<0.05),桑牛强生胶囊1.6、0.4 g/kg剂量组刺激指数均明显高于模型对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),提高对60Coγ射线所致免疫低下小鼠淋巴细胞产生抗体及促进细胞免疫功能,可不同程度的恢复受照射小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫及非特异性免疫功能。2个剂量治疗组与模型对照组比较差异有显著性(分别为P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论桑牛强生胶囊可以明显提高对60Coγ射线所致免疫低下小鼠淋巴细胞产生抗体及促进细胞免疫的功能。Objective To observe the effect of Sangniu Qiangsheng capsule on the immunologic function of mice radiated by 60Co γ ray at 4.0 Gy. Methods In vitro antibody forming cells were examined with hemolytic spectrophotometry, and the transgenie function of spleen proliferation lymphocytes were tested to observe the mice at 4.0 Gy and their cellular immunology. Results In the groups of 1. 6 g/kg and 0.4 g/kg,the serum antibody levels of the mice at 4.0 Gy were increased significantly (P 〈0.01 ,P 〈 0. 05 ), and their stimulation indexes were both significantly higher than those of the control( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Sangniu Qiangsheng capsule can significantly increase the immunologic function of the mice with low immunology caused by radiation of 60 Co γ ray.
