摘　　要：本文通过对当前矿山测量人员应具备的素质和能力进行了分析,思考人才培养的现状及其存在的问题,提出了独立学院应用型矿山测量人才培养模式的观点。In this paper, in accordance with analysis of the mine surveying -worker＇s accomplishment and ability. And thinking carefully the present situation and causing problem on personnel-training, unveiling individual viewpoint the mine surveying personnel-training pattern of the independent college. Acquiring better practice effects
