摘　　要：氢溴酸加兰他敏为乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂，其注射液和片剂已成功地用于小儿麻痹后遗症、重症肌无力、肠麻痹的治疗及作为抗箭毒类药物和手术麻醉后的催醒剂等。近年国外将其用于改善记忆障碍和治疗老年性痴呆症（ＡＤ型），这已引起广泛的兴趣。现将其有关药理和临床研究作一概述。Galanthamine is a cholinesterase inhibitor.It is isolated from the bulbs of Galanthus,Narcissus,Lycoris and other Amaryllidaceae plants.Recently ,it is under clinically investigation for the treatment of Alzheimer's Disease(AD).Preliminary studies suggest that it offers efficacy for the symptoms of mild to moderate AD without the risk of heptotoxicity.Recent achienements in the pharmacological and pharmacokinetical studies,and clinical trials for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease were reviewed.
