摘 要:目的通过概念图教学法,使成人教育护生易于理解和掌握护理理论知识。方法在知识获取阶段,对照组和研究组护生采取相同教学方法;在知识巩固阶段,对照组护生采用传统教学法,研究组护生采用概念图教学法。结果研究组护生考试成绩为(84.6±6.71)分,对照组护生为(76.5±7.10)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组护生的主观题答题方式多采用概念图和自己的语言;研究组护生的案例分析题得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论概念图教学法有利于护生对护理理论的掌握及护生评判性思维的培养,也有助于教师自身素质的提高。Objective To educate adult nursing students for better understanding and mastering the nursing theories by concept maps. Methods In the knowledge acquisition phase, the nursing students in the control group and the experimental group were educated with the same teaching methods. In the knowledge consolidation phase,the nursing students in the control group and the experimental group were educated with the traditional teaching methods and conception mapping methods. Results The test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group[(84.6±6.71)vs(76.5±7.10),P〈0.01]. Most students of the experimental group answered a subjective question by conception maps and their own language. The case-study scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion Conception maps can not only help students grasp the knowledge of nursing theory and prepare their critical thinking,but also improve teachers' quality.
