摘　　要：管理大师彼得·德鲁克曾在其所著的《21世纪的管理挑战》一书中做过粗略统计，美国大约有85％的企业在危机发生后一年就会挣扎在倒闭破产的边缘，或者根本已经消失。这实在是一个让人警示的数字。而目前美国企业家表现出来的恐惧或许印证了这一预言。In the management guru Peter Drucker's book 'Management Challenges of the 21st century,' it put forward:that 85% of U.S.companies are the verge of bankruptcy a year after the crisis,they even have disappeared.This is a shocking figure.At present,the fear of U.S.entrepreneurs may prove this point.If we say that 2008 was a very difficult year,then 2009 is the year to over-come difficulties.Although the world's top 500 frequent rumors of bankruptcy,as many century-old company suddenly collapsed,despite the 'downsizing','reduction of remuneration' constantly appears in front of us......but the comforting is that,in a scene of decay,Chinese enterprises families have been shown as a true brave,they were optimistic the face of difficulties,and actively identify opportunities.Their courage let us see the future of China's enterprises.
