正畸与修复技术在前牙散在间隙修复中的联合应用

摘　　要：目的:评价散在间隙的前牙经正畸与修复联合技术治疗的临床疗效。方法:15例先天性前牙缺失、间隙散在的患者,经正畸治疗后再行烤瓷桥修复。结果:15例患者均取得了满意的疗效,不仅保存了活髓,而且牙齿回到正常位置,恢复了前牙的美观和功能。结论:采用正畸与烤瓷桥修复的联合治疗可以达到很好的临床修复效果。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect on the anterior teeth with disorder space by therapeutic alliance methods of orthodontics and prosthetics technique. Methods： Therapeutic alliance with orthodontics and prosthetics was applied to 15 patients who were inherently short of anterior teeth. Results： All patients are satisfied with the treatment. This method can not only reserve vital pulp but also bring good aesthetic and improve the masticatory performance of the patients＇anterior teeth. Conclusion： The unification therapy with orthodontics and prosthetics technique for the anterior with loosened space teeth has good clinical effects.
