粘附分子CD44v6在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达

摘　　要：目的观察分析ＣＤ４４ｖ６在口腔鳞癌原发组织和转移组织中的表达，以期明确ＣＤ４４ｖ６在口腔鳞癌淋巴道转移中的作用。方法：免疫组织化学染色、半定量评估染色强度和测算阳性染色细胞后统计分析。结果：ＣＤ４４ｖ６分子在正常口腔粘膜上皮基底层、基底上层、棘层细胞胞膜表达；不同部位口腔粘膜上皮的阳性表达模式基本一致。在口腔鳞癌原发组织中，ＣＤ４４ｖ６表达减弱，表现为阳性反应产物形态的改变和ＣＤ４４ｖ６阳性细胞数明显少于正常组织（Ｐ＜０．０５）。口腔鳞癌转移组织中，只有肿瘤细胞表达ＣＤ４４ｖ６，ＣＤ４４ｖ６阳性细胞数也明显少于其原发组织（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：ＣＤ４４ｖ６在口腔鳞癌的侵袭和转移过程中以下行调节（ｄｏｗｎｒｅｇｕｌａｔｉｏｎ）的方式表达，ＣＤ４４ｖ６在口腔鳞癌的侵袭和转移中的作用有待进一步的研究。Objective:To define the role of adhesion molecule CD44v6 in metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma(SCC). Methods: Immunohistochemical technique, semi quantitative and quantitative analysis were used to analyse CD44v6 expression pattern of primary and metastatic tissues of oral SCC. Results:In normal oral mucosa CD44v6 was found to express along cell membrane of stratum basale, stratum suprabasale and stratum spinosum; the expression pattern did not differ in various anatomic locations. In primary tissues of oral SCC, CD44v6 expression was correlated with differentiation, the form of positive staining changed and the number of stained cells was different significantly from that in normal tissues(P<0.05),which indicated reduction of CD44v6 expression. In metastatic tissues, CD44v6 expression was restricted to tumor cells; the number of positive cells decreased significantly compared with that in its primary tissues(P<0.05).Conclusions:Our findings suggest that CD44v6 expresses in form of down regulation during invasion and metastasis of oral SCC, it is necessary to evaluate further the role of CD44v6 in invasive and metastatic process of oral SCC.
