摘　　要：卫生经济伦理学是医学伦理学的分支学科、它运用两大学科三大领域的知识理性地解释、研究、分析、评价卫生事业管理和改革中的重要经济学问题和伦理学理论的应用，有利于医疗决策的科学化，有利于医学的发展，它将对我国迅速发展的医药卫生事业做出贡献。Hygienic Economic Ethics is a branch of medical ethics. It explains,investigates,analyses and evaluates the management of hygienic events, important economic problems during the Reform Period and of application ethics theory with the knowledge of two disciplines and three areas. It is a great help the rationalization of Hygienic Decision, and to the development of medicine. Hygienic Ethics will contribute great to the medical and ygienic growth inour country.
