摘　　要：颞下颌关节腱鞘囊肿临床上比较罕见,作者报道1例左侧耳前区椭圆形肿块的40岁中年女性患者,最终病理诊断为腱鞘囊肿。结合文献复习,从病因学、临床病理特征、影像学检查和治疗方法等方面进行了讨论。A ganglion of the temporomandibular joint is a rare disease. In this paper, we reported a case of cystic lesion in a 40-year-old woman. The patient had a preauricular oval-shaped mass. The lesion was diagnosed as a ganglion cyst of left temporomandibular joint pathologically. Reviewing the previous literatures, we find most patients were females. There is no consensus regarding the best medical imaging technique and therapy. We recommend the color Doppler as the best diagnostic examination and the surgery as the best therapeutic regime.
