胸锁乳突肌胸骨头肌皮瓣行舌再造术的评价

摘　　要：目的：用胸锁乳突肌胸骨头肌皮瓣行舌再造及其功能评价。方法：介绍一种用胸锁乳突肌胸骨头肌皮瓣行舌功能再造的新的手术方法。结果：舌再造１０例，９例肌皮瓣全部成活，经２－６年随访功能效果满意。结论：胸锁乳突肌胸骨头肌皮瓣行舌再造具有术式简单，安全，可靠，操作技术容易，易于推广，供区无明显疤痕和缺损，可一期精确完成，产生最低限度的疤痕和变形。Objective:The myocutaneous flap with sternocleidomastoid muscle has been used for the reconstruction of tongue and functional evaluation. Methods:A new operating technique to func- tional reconstruction of the tongue is presented , utilizing the myocutaneous flap with sternal-head of sternocleidomastoid muscle. Results: Ten patients of the reconstruction of the tongue defects , 9 cases were survived. The results were satisfactory after 2 to 6 years follow-up. Conclusion : This procedure is s simple ,safe ,easy to be popularized ,easily manipulated technique ,and no visible scar or any defect of the donor area. The reconstruction is accomplished precisely in one stage with minimal associated scarring and distortion.
