摘　　要：该文为分析教育信息化投资效益,提出了基于净现值法和年限折旧法的分析方法,设计了货币计量的投资效益定量估算方法。以某本科院校IT类专业实验室硬件的建设项目为例,实证分析了该学院实验室硬件的投资"成本"和"效益",根据估算结果讨论了该投资的价值。分析表明,该投资的净现值为负,设备利用率以及设备效益的充分发挥均有改进的空间。In order to analyze the investment benefit of educational informatization,a method based on net present value（NPV） and annual depreciation is proposed and the quantitative estimation method to measure the investment benefit in monetary unit is designed. Then we analysed empirically the investments and benefits of the hardware investment project of the professional laboratory of a certain information-technology-class college within a certain university, and discussed the value of this investment according to the evaluation results. Our analysis results demonstrate that the NPV of this investment is negative, and the utilization and effects of the hardware devices could be improved.
