摘 要:目的:观察三七总皂苷(PNS)对大鼠下肢缺血-再灌注后血液中的SOD、MDA等指标的影响。方法:腹正中切口开腹夹闭腹主动脉建立大鼠双下肢及盆腔缺血-再灌注模型,分为假手术组、缺血1h组、缺血2h组、缺血1h+PNS治疗组和缺血2h+PNS治疗组。721型可见分光光度计测血清中的SOD、MDA值以及缺血前后、三七总皂苷处理前后的变化,光镜下观察腓肠肌的变化。结果:三七总皂苷可降低缺血大鼠血清中MDA的含量,升高血清中SOD的含量,减少体内脂质过氧化物的产生,减轻缺血-再灌注后对大鼠骨骼肌的损伤。结论:三七总皂苷具有拮抗缺血-再灌注骨骼肌损伤的作用,可能与其一方面减少氧自由基的产生,另一方面通过激活抗氧化酶SOD活性,抑制氧自由基,降低脂质过氧化物,从而发挥抗脂质过氧化损伤的作用有关。Objective: To investigate the effects of panax notoginsenosidum (PNS) on SOD and MDA in blood "after limb ischemic-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: The model was established by clamping rats for 1 hour and 2 hours, rats were divided randomly into sham operation group, limb ischemia-reperfusion 1 hour group, limb ischemia-reperfusion 2 hours group, limb isehemia-reperfusion 1 hour with PNS treatment group, limb ischemia-reperfusion 2 hours with PNS treatment group. 721-visible rang spectrophotometer was used to measure the SOD and MDA in the blood serum, as well as the change of SOD and MDA before and after reperfusion and PNS treatment. Gastrocnemius muscle change was observed under light microscope. Results: PNS dropped the content of MDA and increased the content of SOD in the rats" blood serum, decreased the lipid peroxidation of the body, alleviated the injury to skeletal muscle. Conclusion: PNS may play a protective role in ischemic-reperfusion muscle injury. On the one hand, it may decrease the creation of the oxygen radicals; on the other hand, it reduces the lipid peroxidation and accordingly reduces anti-lipid peroxidation through activating the activity of antioxidase SOD.
