摘　　要：本文主要探讨了外科专科医师师资培训的必要性。2008年北京市卫生局开展了专科医师师资培训工作,本单位承担《外科无菌术及手术基本操作》的培训,将学员一般情况、培训考试成绩进行了分析。目前带教教师的学历层次较高,无菌术操作掌握较好,但仍存在操作不规范、教学意识不强。培训可进一步规范操作,统一认识,加强带教教师的教学意识。To discuss the necessity of the teacher＇s training of surgical diplomates in this paper. We held a teacher＇s train- ing class about surgical asepsis and surgical basic operating technique by the request of Beijing Health Bureau in 2008, and analyzed the trainee＇s general situation and training exam results. Although the educational background of the teachers is very excellent and they also have a good grasp of surgical basic technique, but their operation is still non-standard and their teaching consciousness also is not strong. Training could further standardize operation, common understanding, strengthen teaching consciousness.
